Shipping and Return Policy

Hot Foot ships all items pre-paid, adding shipping and handling charges to the invoice. We use various shipping methods, choosing the method most appropriate for the customer based on their location as well as the size/weight/type of materials being shipped. Customers can request specific shipping methods or arrange their own pickup, if desired.

We are happy to accept return of orders providing that the packaging is in good condition. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge and shipping charges.
